This is an easy, crusting recipe for simple vanilla buttercream icing. It is very sweet and very rich. A little goes a long way. I think it’s perfect for cookies because it crusts so well. It’s a handy recipe because it’s made with pantry staples so there’s a good chance you already have these ingredients on hand.
